👩🎓 Maren holds a bachelor's degree in Social Science and Religious Studies and is currently pursuing her Master of Social Work. Her passion for helping others is evident in her nearly twenty years of experience in equine-assisted therapy, where she has worked with clients facing physical and cognitive challenges.
👩🏫 Prior to joining us, Maren was a 4th-grade special education teacher. Her diverse background equips her with unique skills and insights that she brings to our team.
🐴 In her free time, Maren loves riding her horses, competing in rodeo, and exploring various art mediums. She's also a fan of live music, music festivals, thrifting, and enjoying a good book. With two horses, a goat, a rabbit, a dog, and a cat, it's clear she's an animal lover at heart!
💼 Maren is excited about her role at L&S Consulting. She finds joy in witnessing the tangible progress of those she helps, knowing that employment can be daunting and extra support is crucial for success.

🌟 Meet Us Monday: Krissanne Bement! 🌟
With over 10 years of dedicated experience working with adults with disabilities in both vocational and residential settings, Krissanne brings a wealth of knowledge and compassion to her role as an Employment Specialist. Her career journey includes roles as a job coach, behavior modification assistant, and CNA, reflecting her passion for teaching and learning alongside those she supports.
Krissanne’s favorite part of her job is making meaningful connections within the community to support individuals in reaching their fullest potential.
Outside of work, Krissanne loves spending quality time with her husband and two children. As a family, they enjoy traveling, fishing, and relaxing at the lake. They have also recently started raising 4 chickens and 2 ducks, eagerly looking forward to fresh eggs! 🐓🦆
