1. Pre-ETS (Pre-Employment Transition Services):
Our Pre-ETS services are tailored to meet the specific needs of students preparing to transition from school to the workforce. We use a variety of curriculums, such as Pathway Explore, eTrac, MCIS CareerSafe, and Envision IT, to deliver customized support in areas including:

• Job Exploration Counseling: Helps students explore different career options and understand what various jobs entail.
• Workplace Readiness Training: Focuses on essential skills such as communication, time management, and teamwork.
• Instruction in Self-Advocacy: Empowers students to speak up for their needs and rights in educational and workplace settings.
• Post-Secondary Counseling: Guides students through the transition from high school to further education or training.
• Work Experience Services and Wages: Provides hands-on work experience opportunities that are critical for career development.

2. Employment Supports and Job Coaching:
For individuals who need ongoing support to succeed in their employment journey, our Employment Supports and Job Coaching services offer:

• Job Seeking Skills Training: Teaches job search strategies, resume building, and interview preparation.
• Job Shadowing and Informational Interviews: Allows clients to gain insight into various career fields and network with potential employers.
• On-the-Job Experience (OJE): Provides real-world experience in a supportive environment.
• Customized Employment: Tailored job placements that match the unique skills and interests of the individual.
• Job Coaching: Offers one-on-one support to help clients navigate their new roles and develop workplace competencies.

3. Benefits Coaching:
Understanding the intricacies of benefits when starting a new job can be overwhelming. Our Benefits Coaching service provides clarity on how employment can impact Social Security and other benefits, ensuring that clients make informed decisions.

4. Social Coaching and Independent Living Skills (ILS):
Our Social Coaching and ILS services are designed to help individuals develop the skills necessary for daily living and social interactions, fostering greater independence and confidence.

5. Post-Secondary Supports:
We provide ongoing support for clients pursuing post-secondary education, including assistance with navigating college environments, time management, and study skills.

6. Transportation Services:
