How to Answer Basic Interview Questions

  • Highlight your strengths, skills, and experiences that are relevant to the job.
  • Mention any hobbies or interests that demonstrate your passion and dedication.
  1. What Are Your Strengths and Weaknesses?
  • Focus on your strengths, such as your ability to problem-solve, communicate effectively, or work well in a team.
  • When discussing weaknesses, be honest but frame them in a positive light. For example, you could say you’re working on improving your time management skills.
  1. Why Do You Want This Job?
  • Explain why you are interested in the position and how it aligns with your career goals.
  • Mention any specific skills or experiences you have that make you a good fit for the role.
  1. How Do You Handle Challenges or Pressure?
