Guidance Counseling for Students of All Abilities: College & Career Clarity

Every student’s path looks different. Some know exactly where they’re headed after graduation. Others need space to explore interests, compare options, and build a plan they actually feel good about.

L&S Consulting provides one-on-one guidance counseling for students of all abilities—personalized college and career support for middle school, high school, and college-age students and their families across Minnesota.

Guidance counseling vs. school counselor support

School counselors do essential work—and they often serve hundreds of students. Private guidance counseling adds dedicated time for deeper planning:

  • Longer one-on-one conversations
  • A plan tailored to the student’s strengths, interests, and goals
  • Support that can continue across semesters, not just one meeting
  • Help for families who want clearer options and less stress

This service is designed for students of all abilities, including students who simply want stronger college/career guidance—not only students connected to disability employment services.
