We are thrilled to announce that L&S Consulting was named the 2024 Community Transition Provider of the Year by the Minnesota Rehabilitation Association’s Transition Specialties Division. This prestigious award recognizes our commitment to delivering comprehensive, person-centered pre-employment transition services. Our team’s dedication to anticipating needs and prioritizing clients has been instrumental in helping students achieve their goals.
Another highlight of 2024 was Christina Adams Bullington receiving the Margaret E. Fairbairn Award from the National Rehabilitation Association’s Job Placement and Development Division (NRAJPD). This award celebrates Christina’s exceptional contributions to fostering inclusive employment opportunities for individuals with disabilities. Her dedication exemplifies the mission and values of L&S Consulting, and we couldn’t be prouder of her achievements.
In 2024, we underwent a CARF 3-Year Reaccreditation Survey, a rigorous evaluation of over 1,000 standards focused on service quality, accountability, and person-centered care. We are proud to share that the survey team made only two recommendations, reaffirming our commitment to excellence and the high standards we uphold for our clients and community.
Throughout 2024, we continued our work of creating meaningful employment opportunities for individuals with disabilities. From helping clients navigate programs like Connect 700 to building strong partnerships with local businesses, we are proud to have supported hundreds of individuals in achieving their goals and breaking barriers.

To provide quality services to our clients, our organization is accredited by CARF (Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities). This accreditation ensures that we meet high standards for employment and community services, focusing on personalized, effective, and measurable support to help clients achieve meaningful employment and community integration.
Reaccreditation is required every three years to ensure continuous improvement and compliance with CARF standards, demonstrating our ongoing commitment to excellence and client-centered outcomes.
